For AARP, Wit+Mind was asked to help create a “digital-first” year experience for a select group of 50-64 aged new members. The goal of this initiative was to enhance the member experience and increase renewal rates. The output of this project was the development of the first year member persona, a customer journey map and wires to define the overall digital experience.
